Launch Events

Putting the personal back in leasing.

At Vavoom, we believe in developing an in-person relationship with the employees benefiting from the schemes; the implementation culminates in our in-person launch events. These events mean we can be face-to-face with the employees of a business, allowing them to see the people behind the scheme and answer all their questions.

How does it work?

Our team will attend the employer site for the day or two depending on company size, to be on the ground with the employees. During these days we can:

  • Complete an overview presentation to the employees
  • Bring a range of brand-new vehicles to view
  • Help employees access the online portal
  • Have our experts on-hand to answer any questions

Why do it?

There are multiple benefits to in-person launch events for the long-term success of the scheme for the Employees and Employer:

  1. Big Bang Effect – The lead-up to the launch day builds excitement and anticipation for the employees. It gives them the opportunity to consider their current vehicle position and investigate the potential benefits of salary sacrifice before meeting the team in person.
  2. Introduction to Electric Vehicles – We know there can be scepticism around electric vehicles; we’ll ensure that employees have the opportunity to get their hands on brand new Electric Vehicles from leading brands. Those who have not transitioned to electric are able to see and feel the differences and similarities in these vehicles.
  3. Meet the team – Employees get the opportunity to meet Vavoom team members and their dedicated account manager, allowing a personal relationship to be built. Putting a face to the name for when they are in communication later down the line.
  4. Ask those ‘What If’ questions – Throughout the day we have the opportunity to speak 1-to-1 with employees, discuss their specific circumstances and how the scheme operates in each situation. Usually, these questions focus on areas such as upcoming maternity/ paternity leave, impact on pension contributions or driving history.
