How do I order my new car?
Your step-by-step guide
Access the portal
Review the vehicles available to you.
Choose your vehicle
Add any additional options such as colour, trim & additional features.
Confirm your terms
Select preferred contract length and annual mileage.
Submit enquiry
Your account manager will then be in touch to review your order and ensure that everything is correct.
Application
Fill in the details on the application to ensure that you are suitable but remember, no credit checks* are performed. Your Payroll or HR department will confirm affordability or deny.
Vehicle order
The vehicle is then ordered and secured with the dealer.
Delivery timeline
If you need a vehicle ASAP, we will work on your behalf to secure the right car quickly. You will be kept up to date from the start as to how long it will take.
Delivery completion
Your new vehicle will be delivered to your preferred location (usually your home).
AfterCare
We will touch base with you throughout your contract, making sure any questions you might have are answered.
*There are no credit checks for salary sacrifice customers; the employer will check affordability based on your salary before and after the monthly payments come out. Under salary sacrifice rules, your car payment cannot take you below the national minimum wage.
